Today there are dozens if not hundreds of smartphone manufacturers all over the world. The products of the BLU company are already well known for their inexpensive and at the same time very decent quality of smartphones. It is not long ago that devices with 7-inch display were believed to belong to a class tablet computers, but BLU has decided that this is the ideal diagonal for smartphone. The company recently released a new device with a 7-inch display, which however is not a tablet. BLU Studio 7.0 is the ordinary (at least it pretends to be one) Android-smartphone, just a very big one.
It is worth noting that this is not the first smartphone with a 7-inch display on the market. However, in contrast to the same HP 7 VoiceTab, Asus FonePad and other devices, the model of the BLU Studio 7.0 is available on the US market and in other countries around the world. And the cost of the device very pleasant in comparison to others in the market. For example, on Amazon currently installed price tag on the device is something around $199.
The presented BLU device is equipped with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, the support of 4G / LTE networks, a 7-inch HD display, 8 megapixel main and a 2-megapixel front camera, the ability to maintain Full HD (1080p) video recording. It can as well boast about having 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, two slots for SIM cards and Android 5.1 Lollipop as the operating system.
Even though BLU say it is a smartphone, 7.0 is really a smartphone/tablet hybrid, and its interface really shows this combination. The screen layout and functioning is more of a smartphone one, and it has separate Quick Toggle and Notification pull downs, which is claimed to be handy.
